About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for a variety of positions, including technical, administrative, managerial, and other skillsets.

The Junior Technical

Recruiter/Sourcer will work closely with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in federal contracting and government-related recruitment. Due to the nature of our work, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to all applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in the government contracting industry
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using various sourcing methods and tools
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging potential candidates and building relationships
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Experience or familiarity with the federal hiring process and government contracting industry
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel less than 10%, as required

Responsibilities
• Partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Review resumes and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific roles
• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, statuses, and progress within ATS and other systems
• Recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing and recruitment efficiency
• Stay updated on industry best practices and sourcing tools to continuously improve recruitment strategies
