Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 / hour

The Role We are seeking a high-energy Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring. You will be responsible for finding, screening, and closing top-tier talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Source: Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and niche networks.
• Screen: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specs and interview loops.
• Manage: Keep the ATS updated and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (Agency or Corporate).
• High proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tech.
• Ability to work independently and hit monthly hiring KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills with a "candidate-first" mindset.
