Job Summary

What you bring to the tableWe’re looking for a talented remote recruiting professional to join our team in a high visibility role supporting recruitment initiatives for one of the world’s largest employers. This position partners with major brand accounts to attract top culinary talent and senior foodservice operations leaders. The ideal candidate brings hospitality or foodservice recruiting experience, a strong service mindset, and a creative approach to identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent. Success in this role requires strong relationship building skills, collaboration across teams, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business leaders and stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred; or 5 years of direct experience in lieu of degreeHospitality or Foodservice background is highly desired5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience in leveraging social media toolsAbility to assess high-level talent and make recommendations to internal business clientsUnderstands business strategies and able to interweave recruitment strategyPrevious experience recruiting foodservice professionals preferred
