We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a non-profit organization in Blaine, Minnesota. This is a Contract position suited for a detail-oriented recruiting specialist who can manage talent acquisition activities from outreach through offer coordination. The role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring stakeholders, and maintaining an organized, responsive recruitment process.


Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for direct care roles.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using Indeed, direct outreach, referrals, and other recruiting channels to attract talent with relevant experience.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on candidate profiles, and keep searches moving efficiently.

• Screen applicants, conduct initial candidate conversations, and present candidates with relevant experience based on background and organizational fit.

• Manage recruiting activity in a timely and organized manner, including interview scheduling, status updates, and candidate communication.

• Use platforms such as Indeed and other sourcing tools to expand reach and improve visibility for open positions.

• Track recruiting progress and recommend adjustments to sourcing approaches to strengthen hiring outcomes.

• Support recruitment-related process updates or operational changes as needed while maintaining continuity in hiring efforts.

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring processes.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience coordinating multiple recruiting activities while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing methods and strategies that support consistent recruiting results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling, follow-up, and recruitment tracking.
• Prior experience supporting hiring within a non-profit or mission-driven environment is preferred.
