Manage the full cycle recruitment process for medical and non-medical staff, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
Utilize online tools such as ATS, Indeed, SmartRecruiters, and social media platforms for candidate searching
Conduct friendly and professional calls to applicants and candidates during the onboarding process
Assist with various HR functions to support the organization
Balance workload with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort in learning new software and effectively utilizing technology
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with people
Effective time management abilities
Previous experience in medical recruitment is highly valued
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools
Familiarity with HR functions and processes
Background in the healthcare industry or medical recruitment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and development in recruitment practices
