The role involves cold calling, building rapport, and introducing the services our company offers.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies.Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner.Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest.Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system.Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.Requirements:Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruiting roles.Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional accent.Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers.Goal-driven, persuasive, and resilient with the ability to handle rejections positively.Familiarity with the home care industry is a plus but not required.Based in South America (preferred).
