- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, for various positions
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates while driving employee referrals
- Build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Stay updated on market trends and identify top talent for the organization
- Identify areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for recruitment strategies
- Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, startup, or high-growth environments
- Previous agency recruiting experience
- Familiarity with Greenhouse
