What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Independently screen, qualify, and select candidates for various client needs
Maintain internal databases to accurately capture candidate and sourcing information
Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities and manage employee concerns during assignments
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team environment
Must be able to travel during strike events
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a Salesforce CRM
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations
Strong organizational skills
