Prosper offers virtual mental health services—covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. We help thousands of people get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, pair them with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster belonging through community. In just 2 years, we have grown to double digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 200+ clinicians. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults. The Role
As a Clinical Recruiter at Prosper Health, you'll be instrumental in building our world-class clinical team by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional therapists and psychologists. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies, build relationships with future Prosper Health clinicians, and create seamless candidate recruiting experiences that reflect our values. By expanding our clinical talent pipeline, you'll directly enable us to serve more clients and transform mental health care for autistic adults.
What You'll Do
Source and recruit psychologists and therapists who are passionate about serving autistic and neurodivergent adults
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals through authentic outreach and long-term engagement
Manage the full recruiting process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process
Get creative with your sourcing strategies: you will research targets, craft personalized messaging, and find new ways to connect with the right peopl
Work closely with our clinical team to understand exactly what we're looking for and adjust your approach based on different specialties and backgrounds
Keep everything organized—track candidates, verify credentials and licenses, maintain our ATS, and report on your progress
Jump in when standard approaches aren't working and come up with new solutions
What We're Looking For
Communication & relationship building - You articulate company mission and values compellingly, connect exceptionally well with healthcare professionals, build rapport quickly, and maintain long-term candidate networks through authentic engagement
Effective prioritization - You prioritize searches effectively, manage competing deadlines, and allocate time strategically to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
Prospecting intelligence - You identify and research licensed psychologists and therapists, successfully convert prospects into active candidates through compelling messaging, and tailor outreach based on candidate backgrounds
Bias for action - You proactively optimize recruiting processes, leverage recruiting software effectively, and source candidates with quick response times and sense of urgency to move prospects efficiently through the recruitment process without compromising quality
Organization & attention to detail - You manage full-cycle recruiting from LinkedIn outreach to offer closure, systematically verify clinical licenses across multiple states, and maintain precise ATS documentation
Creative problem solving - You possess natural curiosity to develop creative solutions when standard approaches fail, knowing when to ask for help as needed
Technology/ATS proficiency - You are an expert with Greenhouse (or similar), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
