The Role: Entry-Level Recruiter Hourly Staffing This is a full-time remote opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing team. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles using various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring we meet staffing demands quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (such as EPAY and HiringThing)Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipelineCommunicate with applicants via phone and text using DialpadRecruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff)Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and complianceRespond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requestsWork closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needsBuild and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future assignments About You 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy and confident using ATS platforms and messaging toolsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated and proactive; thrives in a remote work environmentClear, neutral English accent is essentialQuick learner with a growth mindsetPrevious experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plusMust have own IT equipment (laptop, internet, headset)
