Pay Starts at $12 per hour plus a $500 bonus per placement - We have seen recruiters make more than 5 placements in one month.
This is also an opportunity for someone with no experience to move up within our portfolio of companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive experience for all candidates.
Efficiently manage and update candidate information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
A proactive, Type A personality that thrives in a flexible and self-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM applications.
No prior experience in recruiting required; we believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill.
