We’re looking for a recruiter to join Jellyvision’s Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. This is a part-time, temporary role expected to last 4–5 months, starting in December 2025. Hours may vary based on hiring needs—starting at 20 hours per week with a heavy focus on sourcing and potentially increasing up to 40 hours per week as full-cycle recruiting needs increase in the new year. What you’ll do to be successful Lead end-to-end recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and close. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job descriptions, and guide them through hiring decisions. Identify and attract high-quality candidates who help move the business forward. Build and maintain talent pipelines, including sourcing passive candidates through social media, professional networks, and other creative channels. Deliver a seamless, top notch experience to candidates and hiring managers with clear and timely communication. Collaborate with other Talent team members and business partners to support company-wide hiring efforts. Take on special projects that advance our broader People Team goals and help improve how we hire. Experience & skills you’ll need 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency) with proven success hiring candidates, ideally for a SaaS company Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with internal stakeholders and hiring managers; identifying needs and communicating updates consistently throughout the hiring process Demonstrated knowledge of various passive and direct recruiting techniques, social media platforms, and professional networking channels Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse, to manage candidate activity Well-rounded knowledge of recruiting process for various levels of positions across numerous departments within an organization Excellent attention to detail and discretion regarding confidential information The Details Location: Remote Expected weekly hours: 20-40 per week Hourly rate range: $30-$35 Jellyvision is committed to continuous evolution and fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is welcomed, valued, and respected.
