Job Title: Recruiter Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Contractor Recruiter to support high-volume and/or specialized hiring needs in Malaysia. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and familiar with the Malaysian talent market. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks as required Prepare and extend employment offers in alignment with internal guidelines Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Workday or tracking tools Provide regular updates on hiring progress and recruitment metrics Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred) 1–3 years of recruitment experience , ideally within in-house TA or agency environments Experience recruiting for temporary, contract, or high-volume roles is an advantage Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
