Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role located in Shreveport, LA. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various industries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, providing regular updates to clients, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The Recruiter will also play a key role in promoting strong relationships with candidates and clients while adhering to transparent and efficient hiring practices. Qualifications • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and recruitment best practices • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Prior recruiting experience in industrial, technical, or skilled trades industries is a plus Apply tot his job
