Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-desk operations. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments Provide general support to other departments as needed Requirements: Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Contract Duration: Up to 90 days Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM About Us Since 1971, AmeriLife has served the needs of its clients.
