Job Summary:
Our esteemed client, Marriott International Inc., a leading multinational hospitality company, is seeking to hire a part-time Receptionist for their Memphis branch. This part-time role requires less than 4 hours of work per day, offering a competitive hourly wage of $15-20. Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team. The Receptionist will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executives working life and communication.
Responsibilities:
– Manage professional and personal scheduling for the executive team, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
– Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
– Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
– Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of daily office operations.
– Record meeting discussions and provide minutes within established deadlines.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
– Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
– Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
– Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
