Your Day to Day As a receptionist you would be working on: Handling the front desk activities of the office, including reception, managing guests, deliveries, office bookings and entry cards, etc. Assisting with team buildings, office experience projects and office events Managing inventory of food and office supplies, furniture and equipment Reporting facility issues to building maintenance and our IT group Supporting the day-to-day administrative needs for the team and the operation of our office Various ad-hoc tasks related to the office, employees and events Creating an experience that enhances the work-life of our colleagues What We’re Looking For As a receptionist, your background will look like: Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Hungarian and English fluency both written and oral Proactive, a self-starter and able to self-motivate Detail oriented when it comes to supply management, tracking paperwork, inventories, etc. Not afraid to show your spirit, and enjoy smiling, laughing, and having fun!
