Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner- Answer and direct phone calls promptly- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing- Manage office supplies and equipment- Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Join our team as a Receptionist to contribute to a welcoming environment and ensure efficient office operations.
