Duties Include:
Ā Greet and direct clients
Ā Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person
Ā Sort, screen, scan, and distribute mail
Ā Maintain computer files
Ā Provide general office support for various departments
Ā Data entry, file, fax and copy
Ā Track, order, and maintain office supplies
Ā Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Ā Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Ā Ability to multi-task in busy environment
Ā Good verbal and written communication skills
Ā Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with all levels of personnel
Ā Computer proficient, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ā Team Player
Our full-time employees work 37.5 hours a week and we offer a great benefits package, including a
