Receptionist

Receptionist | Lord Butler Leisure Centre Part Time / 20 hours We are currently looking for a Receptionist to take the lead in interacting with members and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide. The Job Receptionists have a varied and interesting role. The activities in a Leisure Centre are wide ranging and the involvement with people is continuous. This allows for an exciting day, using your skills on a diverse range of jobs. The primary objective of your role would be to: Ensure that all the people who enter the Leisure Centre receive a friendly, polite and efficient service Create a favourable first impression of the Leisure Centre Have a good range of knowledge regarding the Leisure Centre The Person You will have strong interpersonal and customer facing skills and become knowledgeable about our facility and the services we provide You will ideally be able to demonstrate competency of working in an administrative role Capability in cash handling, customer relations and basic computer skills are essential requirements for this post You must be friendly, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a good understanding of customer service and customer care You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team What can 1Life offer you?
