Receptionist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team! This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests and provide essential administrative support to maintain efficiency. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel or location. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution. • Prepare meeting rooms by arranging refreshments and ensuring cleanliness. • Maintain the front desk and reception area to uphold a detail-oriented appearance. • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
