Realtor/Sales Associate

- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process...
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values
- List and advertise properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
Experience:
-Applicants are required to obtain a valid real estate license. We value professionalism and compliance with industry standards, therefore, individuals interested in joining our team must be willing to acquire the necessary licensing. - Previous experience as a Realtor Associate or in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual skills, particularly fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the real estate process
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as preparing documents, filing paperwork, and managing deadlines
