Reality Showrunner & Creative Partner (LA or Remote)

We’re looking for one exceptional showrunner. Not a production house, not an agency, just one seasoned pro who can make big things happen.

We’ve spent the past year developing a reality TV format that has major global potential, initial agency interest, and A-list talent onboard. We’re speaking with producers, and we’re just weeks from shooting our sizzle.

Now we need a showrunner who’s been there, done that, someone who’s successfully pitched, sold, or produced reality TV at the highest levels (Netflix, Hulu, Bravo, Prime, etc.). You know exactly what it takes to put together a package that gets a green light.

This Role Is Perfect If You:
• Have taken reality shows from development and pitch all the way to production.
• Know exactly how to create a compelling, can't-miss sizzle reel.
• Bring strong, active relationships with agencies and platform execs (WME, CAA, Netflix, Amazon, etc.).
• Understand how to fine-tune a format to perfectly match platform preferences.
• Can confidently navigate the rules, and strategically break them when necessary.
