Position Overview This is a remote, full-time acquisitions role centered on negotiating and securing real estate contracts. As a Closer, you’ll take warm, inbound seller leads, build rapport, and lock in profitable deals. This is a true performance role designed for salespeople who thrive under pressure and are motivated by results. Schedule • Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST • Must be flexible for occasional evening or weekend calls Core Responsibilities • Speak with inbound leads, qualify them, and establish trust • Present strong offers and negotiate for mutually beneficial outcomes • Maintain your pipeline through consistent follow-up • Keep Podio CRM notes current and detailed • Collaborate with the team to ensure deals close smoothly What We’re Looking For We want a real closer.
