We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator who wants more than a typical administrative role. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, operates with precision, and wants to grow alongside a team that is actively expanding.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring transactions move smoothly from contract to closing while supporting agents and strengthening the operational backbone of the team.

Role Overview

As our Transaction Coordinator, you will manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines are met, communication remains organized, and every file progresses efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing
• Track and monitor all contract deadlines and contingencies
• Coordinate communication between agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and title companies
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly submitted
• Maintain organized transaction files and CRM records
• Provide consistent transaction updates to the team
• Identify potential issues early and assist in resolving them proactively
• Maintain structured workflows and transaction checklists
• Support ongoing improvements to team systems and processes

Preferred Experience
• Experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or Real Estate Virtual Assistant
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction timelines
• Experience working with CRM or transaction management systems
• Strong administrative, operations, or project coordination background
• Experience coordinating with agents, lenders, or title companies
