About This Role
As our Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will manage the entire contract-to-close process for residential real estate transactions.
You are the operational driver behind every closing.

$70,000 OTE Base + Bonuses
Responsibilities:
β’ Managing residential real estate transactions from signed contract to closing
β’ Reviewing contracts for compliance, signatures, and accuracy
β’ Setting and resetting expectations with buyers and sellers throughout the process
β’ Coordinating inspections, negotiated repairs, and other deadlines
β’ Driving title and lender communication
β’ Handling emotional conversations while protecting the deal
β’ Maintaining clean, compliant files in our CRM and document systems
β’ Supporting a high-volume real estate sales team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Strong organizational and time management ability
β’ Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
β’ Professional, assertive, emotionally intelligent
β’ 60+ WPM typing speed preferred
β’ Must permanently reside in the United States
