Real Estate Support Specialist

SpecPro Sustainment & Environmental is seeking a Real Estate Support Specialist to provide administrative and document management support for real estate transactions. The Real Estate Support Specialist will be responsible for conducting file management, record keeping, document drafting, real estate document reviews, and audit preparation. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and support compliance with real estate procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Support Specialist will be responsible for performing administrative functions related to real estate operations, including file management, document drafting, and record-keeping. This includes reviewing and organizing real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and preparing reports and records for audit purposes. The role requires maintaining electronic and physical records, tracking key deadlines, and assisting with compliance checks to ensure adherence to real estate policies and regulations. Additionally, the Real Estate Support Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support document processing and transaction reviews. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to facilitate efficient documentation and workflow processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:
? Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in real estate administrative support, document management, and audit preparation.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document drafting, record keeping, and data organization.
? Strong knowledge of real estate document preparation, compliance procedures, and auditing processes.
? Ability to manage and maintain electronic and physical records.
? Experience conducting document reviews and tracking real estate transactions.
? Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
? Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum ten (10) years of experience in real estate administrative support.
? Experience managing real estate files, documents, and compliance reviews.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements:
? Ability to work in an office environment with extended periods of desk work.
? Ability to perform data entry and documentation tasks efficiently.
? Capability to handle physical file management as required.

Work Environment:
? Primarily operates in an office setting.
? Requires collaboration with internal teams, real estate professionals, and external stakeholders.
? May involve handling confidential and sensitive real estate documents.

NDAs must be signed on the first day of employment and renewed with each contract option period. Failure to comply constitutes default. The contractor must maintain signed NDAs and provide copies to the COR.
