Role Description Mercor is seeking experienced real estate sales agents to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in real estate sales through hands-on scenario creation and validation. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule. Key Responsibilities Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world real estate sales work based on your professional experience Create realistic situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions Develop scenarios for handling buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, staging advice, and navigating multiple offer situations Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and professional standards Provide detailed feedback on real estate sales scenarios to improve AI training Qualifications 4+ years professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz 14 years experience preferred Requirements Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks Compensation & Contract Terms Independent contractor engagement through Mercor Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods Application Process Applications reviewed continuously; shortlisted professionals will be contacted for next steps Typical response time: within one week of submission
