Real Estate Photographer

Role Description This is an independent contractor Real Estate Photographer role. You will be able to set your own schedule and manage your own work; BCP will simply act as the medium through which you are assigned shoots. There is no specific geographic base requirement, other than you must be based inside of Kentucky or within a thirty minute drive from Kentucky. Daily responsibilities include proactively managing your schedule, traveling to scheduled shoots, interacting with clients, and using professional camera equipment. The Real Estate Photographer will maintain equipment, manage a shoot calendar, and uphold brand standards for all visual content.
Qualifications
• Ownership and proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, wide angle lenses, tripod, gimbal, and a DJI drone (Mavic Air 2S or higher quality).
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification.
• Ability to compose, frame, and light spaces effectively to highlight key property features and create visually engaging content.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in and around 1-2 hours from your home base to multiple property locations each day.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail to handle multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication and client-service skills, with the ability to collaborate on creative direction and respond to feedback.
• Comfort working independently on-site, sometimes in varying weather conditions or tight timelines.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is strongly encouraged.
