A growing Southern California real estate team is seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to support lead follow-up and appointment setting efforts.
This role focuses on connecting with prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for licensed agents. The position offers remote work flexibility with part-time scheduling options.
This is a performance-focused role designed for individuals who are comfortable speaking with prospects and working toward measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Contact prospective buyers and sellers using company-provided leads
β’ Engage in professional conversations to understand client needs and timeline
β’ Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for sales agents
β’ Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
β’ Accurately track communication and activity using CRM systems
β’ Collaborate with agents to support a smooth client experience
β’ Participate in training and team meetings as scheduled
Qualifications:
β’ Strong verbal communication skills
β’ Comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone
β’ Self-motivated with good time management skills
β’ Ability to handle objections professionally
β’ Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
β’ Sales, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required
Work Requirements:
β’ Reliable high-speed internet
β’ Quiet workspace suitable for business calls
β’ Ability to commit approximately 10β25 hours per week
β’ Availability for scheduled check-ins and team collaboration
