About the Role
We are currently hiring Real Estate – Investment Advisors (100% commission-based) to join our high-performance international team.
This is a fully remote role focused on advising international investors on Brazilian real estate investment opportunities.
You will work with qualified inbound leads, while our internal team handles marketing, analytics, deal structuring, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the internal team on offers, calculations, and documentation
• Manage the sales process from first contact to deal closure
• Represent Altum Estate with professionalism and strong client focus
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset
A real estate license is not required. Relevant experience and the ability to close investment deals are essential.
