Real Estate CRM Automation Expert (Zapier / Make.com) — Ongoing Work
We are looking for a reliable automation specialist who can build simple, clean follow-up automation systems for real estate agents. Most workflows include: Connecting lead sources (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook Leads, Website forms, etc.) Automatic SMS/email follow-up CRM pipeline stage updates Task/reminder creation for agents Trigger-based workflows (new lead → instant outreach) Connecting real estate CRMs such as: KVCore, Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Real Geeks, etc. Tools you must be comfortable with: Zapier OR Make.com Experience with real estate CRMs (KVCore, FUB, LionDesk, Real Geeks, etc.) Google Sheets / Airtable (simple data storage) Twilio or SMS APIs (preferred but not required) Requirements: Experience building automations for real estate clients (preferred) Ability to deliver well-structured, error-free workflows Fast turnaround (1–3 days per project) Good communication and clear documentation Ability to test your own workflows before delivery Compensation: Typical projects range from: $100–$200 per automation build (depending on complexity) We will start with a small paid test task to evaluate: speed communication workflow quality documentation clarity If the tests go well, this will become ongoing recurring work.
