Key Responsibilities:
Act Quickly on Incoming Leads: Engage promptly with new leads, focusing on urgent communications with distressed homeowners.
Daily Phone Outreach: Reach out to homeowners to build relationships and understand their needs, offering tailored solutions.
Convert Leads into Contracts: Guide distressed sellers through the selling process, turning qualified leads into executed contracts.
Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with leads to ensure every opportunity is captured and nurtured.
CRM Utilization: Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate records of all interactions and contract statuses.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Work hard to meet both individual and team sales objectives through accountability and productivity.
