Role Overview

The Broker will provide brokerage oversight, compliance leadership, and professional guidance for real estate professionals participating within the LoopedIn ecosystem.

You will play a key role in helping ensure that our marketplace operates with integrity, professionalism, and regulatory compliance while supporting a collaborative community of real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Broker of Record for LoopedIn’s brokerage operations

• Ensure compliance with state licensing laws, regulations, and brokerage standards

• Provide oversight related to transaction structure, disclosures, and professional conduct

• Support professionals using the LoopedIn platform with compliance and best practices

• Help establish policies and operational standards for the marketplace

• Provide leadership and guidance within the LoopedIn professional community

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate Broker license in good standing

• Ability to serve as Broker of Record under applicable state regulations

• Strong knowledge of real estate law, brokerage operations, and compliance

• Experience supervising agents or brokerage activity preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable using technology platforms and digital marketplaces

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Experience

• Experience with investor transactions or off-market deals

• Familiarity with real estate marketplaces or proptech platforms

• Interest in innovative real estate models and collaborative communities
