Position: Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time; Fully Remote) Real Estate Attorney (Part‑Time; Fully Remote) Latitude is partnering with an Amlaw 100 law firm client to engage a skilled Real Estate Attorney with strong leasing experience. Knowledge of homebuilding space is a plus. This is ideal for an attorney who thrives on high‑volume, detail‑oriented work in a collaborative environment. The role offers a part‑time six‑month remote engagement, providing consistent and specialized work in real estate leasing and general real estate matters with potential for extended tenure. Responsibilities • Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts • Prepare closing documents • Review and resolve title, survey and embodiment matters lần? Actually keep as originally shown. • Draft easement agreements and other ancillary development documents • Comprehensive real estate due diligence Qualifications • J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NC preferred) • 4+ years of strong general real estate experience, particularly in leasing matters • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts, closings, and other real estate documents independently and efficiently • Knowledge of homebuilding space is a plus but not mandatory • Willingness to focus exclusively on real estate pewno? Position Details • Type of role: Engagement • Schedule: Part‑time (20–30 hours per week; may scale up for the right candidate) • Commitment: Long‑term assignment expected; initial 6‑month contract with likelihood of extension for the right candidate • Start Date: ASAP • Restriction: Per our client’s request, selected candidate must not engage in any concurrent legal practice during engagement • Location: Fully Remote (Candidates in Seattle preferred but not required) Compensation Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000+ when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, Headquartered and location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position). Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week.
