Role Description Mercor is looking for people with analyst experience in Real Estate. This is for a project with a leading AI research lab. The work will revolve around crafting questions, evaluating model responses, and/or solving problems in your area of expertise. The goal of the project is to improve the model’s capabilities in many domains, including yours! This project is scoped to last a minimum of 2-4 weeks, but may be extended You will be expected to commit 10-20 hours per week. The hours are fully flexible, i.e. you choose when you work! Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in the real estate industry, including development, brokerage, investment, or analysis Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating property deals, creating financial models, and interpreting market dynamics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to assess complex real estate transactions and strategies Experience at a top-tier real estate firm or investment group is a plus Company Description
