What You’ll Do:
• Take inbound buyer calls
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Book appointments and write offers
• Track activity in Follow Up Boss
• Attend regular training and coaching

You’ll be paired with a top-producing mentor to:
• Co-pilot your first company deals
• Guide offers, negotiations, and closings
• Help you ramp quickly and confidently
Compensation:
• As high as 50% commission paid on company-provided buyer leads
• 90% on all self-generated business
