What You’ll Do:
• Manage Live Connection leads and guide clients through the buying or selling journey.
• Prepare and handle contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
• Provide expert guidance and consistent follow-up to turn prospects into satisfied clients.
• Host open houses and offer valuable local market insights.
• Match clients with homes that meet their goals and lifestyle.
What We’re Looking For:
• A valid Real Estate License (or actively working to obtain one - Still Apply!)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Familiarity with the local market or eagerness to learn
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
