Responsibilities
• Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week agent training
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly, proven for lead gen. & conversions
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Qualifications
• Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building trust, actively listening, and delivering tailored solutions
• Proven ability in prospecting, lead generation, and converting team-provided leads
• Confident and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone
• Natural aptitude for handling objections and closing deals
• Collaborative team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn
• Highly organized with outstanding time management skills
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques to enhance client interactions
