Real Estate Agent (New & Experienced Welcome)- Realtor

Duties
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies using digital platforms, social media, and traditional methods to promote listings effectively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliant transactions
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking client interactions, and coordinating appointments with precision
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, attentive customer service, and personalized support
Qualifications
• Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not required; new agents are welcome to apply!
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
• Excellent marketing abilities with a knack for creative promotion across various channels
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with clients and team members confidently
• Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law is advantageous
• Organizational skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and client needs efficiently
• Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Administrative experience related to real estate transactions or office management is beneficial
