Real Estate Agent | Jackson County | $100k+ Opportunity
Summary
Dan Realty Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the Black River Falls area. We are hiring a full-time, highly motivated agent to manage transactions mainly in Jackson County, along with surrounding regions such as Clark and Trempealeau Counties. This position offers a chance to earn six-figure income for individuals looking for structure, mentorship, and a reliable path to financial success. Our minimum standard is taht by year three, our teammates earn over $100k, with many achieving between $150k and $200k+.
Our home office location is in Eau Claire WI, and are also looking to add teammates in Black River Falls, along with Rusk County (Ladysmith, WI)
Responsibilities
• Respond to and convert inbound leads Your income grows as you master follow-up systems that put you in front of ready buyers and sellers.
• Daily prospecting to build a sales pipeline Consistent outreach leads directly.
• Hold buyer and seller consultations
• Run open houses and community events This expands your brand and creates high-quality client opportunities.
• Use our CRM and our real estate tech systems daily Organization and accountability keep your pipeline full and your income growing.
• Participate in coaching, role-play, and skill sessions Skills = higher conversion = faster path to $100k+.
Qualifications
We are intentionally selective — we only accept full-time agents who want to earn $100k+ within 2–3 years.
The Right Person Is
• Full-time only (no part-time applicants)
• Competitive, coachable, and willing to follow a proven playbook
• Clear about wanting to earn six figures or more
• Organized, self-motivated, and professional with clients
• Comfortable with a 100% commission structure
• Licensed real estate agent or willing to obtain a license (We will help you through the licensing process.)

We focus on community events such as local volunteer opportunities (Feed my people food bank, the community table, earth day), supporting local events (Eau Claire Marathon), and giving back to our clients by hosting client-facing events (Giving pies to everyone for thanksgiving, summer cookouts, Christmas parties, etc)
