As an Odyssey agent, you’ll serve as a trusted real estate advisor, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and dedication to building their brand and business in a highly competitive industry. This role involves a high level of professionalism, customer and client interaction, and excellent communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research, analysis, and presentations.
• Master contracts, disclosures, and legal forms for compliance.
• Negotiate deals and provide expert advice.
• Collaborate with our broker and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
• Stay current with market trends and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
• Full-time commitment to building your brand and presence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for helping others achieve their dreams.
• English required; bilingual agents encouraged to apply.
