Through the KSCORE program, we offer aspiring agents a clear, supported path to licensure. Once you are licensed and join our Market Center, you will:
• Build Your Business: Operate as an independent business owner with the backing of the world’s largest real estate franchise.
• Expert Coaching: Learn the ropes through our award-winning training (Ignite, BOLD) and personalized mentorship.
• Master the Market: Learn lead generation, client advocacy, contract negotiation, and property pricing.
• Tech-Driven Growth: Access "Command," our proprietary AI-based platform, to manage your business from anywhere.
Compensation & Flexibility
• Commission-Based: Estimated annual earnings of $40,000 – $100,000+. Your income is directly tied to your effort—there is no cap on what you can earn.
• Work-Life Balance: You set your own hours. Whether you’re looking for a full-time career shift or a structured part-time start, you are in control.
• Location: Enjoy the freedom of working from home with the added benefit of a collaborative office space in Colorado Springs for training and meetings.

• Integrity: You are committed to doing the right thing for your clients, every time.
• Licensing: You must be willing to complete the required Colorado Real Estate pre-licensing education (which we help facilitate!).

• Licensure: A real estate license is required to practice real estate activities in Colorado. You do not need a license to apply to this program.
• Independent Contractor: This is a 1099 commission-based position; income is not guaranteed.
• KSCORE Disclosure: Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate (KSCORE) and Keller Williams Realty, Inc. do not directly provide pre-licensing (PL) or continuing education (CE) courses. State-approved education is provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education. Keller Williams may fund certain pre-licensing education expenses for eligible individuals.
