Responsibilities
? Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and delivering high level service
? Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings in the area.
? Prepare and present detailed property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and pricing information.
? Negotiate offers and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
? Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive property tours.
? Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
? Stay compliant with all local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
