WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Work remotely from your home office and visit client sites as needed • Identify and advise healthcare providers on commercial real estate opportunities • Negotiate deals and protect your clients’ best interests • Evaluate properties, analyze lease vs. purchase options, and structure transactions • Collaborate with top industry experts to deliver exceptional results IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one) • Proven sales and business development experience with success connecting to decision-makers • Entrepreneurial mindset and hunger for growth • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Tech-savvy — comfortable with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office • Confident and composed in high-stakes negotiations WHY JOIN?
