Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Cailleo Properties (IBuyWI) is hiring for an Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing Acquisitions Team. We are looking for an A-player who:

Responsibilities
• Attend appointments daily with sellers, which are set by our Inside Sales Team
• Work closely with Acquisitions Inside Sales Team to ensure a seamless transition from the setting of the appointment to the appointment
• Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers
• Perform follow-up tasks for successful contract signings, collaborate with internal Transaction Coordination team
• Nurture qualified leads & follow-up until they’re ready for a contract
• Respond to incoming communications from leads, with utmost urgency
• Maintain impeccable records for all activity in our CRM
• Meet or exceed the KPI’s established for this role

Compensation

Closers who meet or exceed the company quota will have first year earnings well in excess of 6 figures. This is a straight commission role, with uncapped opportunity. Onboarding/Training pay through up to the first 90 days is $3k/month.

• Track record of driving results, crushing goals, and growing revenue
• A ‘whatever it takes’ attitude, willing to go above and beyond
• A belief ‘I either win or I learn….’
• Understanding that the financial success of this position is directly dependant on performance
• Desire to be held accountable, eagerness to receive and implement feedback for improvement
• Ability to engage in negotiations with both excellence of skill and in service to the client
• Availability for ‘on-call’ hours on nights & weekends on a rotating basis
• Attend monthly networking events in the real estate investing space in your area
• Drivers License Required

Experience in the industry and/or sales is cool, but not required. We believe that if a person is a good fit for our company based on their character, culture and skill level (in that order) we can teach and train on the real estate industry and our company’s processes.

• ** You may be required to train in our Green Bay office during weekdays for some weeks. Lodging would be provided for you during the days you would be in office.
