Job Title: Real Estate Sales Specialist Location: Virtual (CST preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: • Tiered Starter Pay (First 90 Days): $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000 as you ramp up • Commission: $2,000 per closed deal • Bonus: $300 for each deal closed with creative financing About Us Investor Creator is a fast-growing real estate investment company dedicated to building strong relationships and closing deals with integrity. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist to help us identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive growth. Responsibilities • Engage with property owners, investors, and partners to acquire real estate deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent communication and customer service. • Negotiate purchase agreements and creatively structure financing when applicable. • Work collaboratively with our team to meet company goals and ensure client satisfaction. • Manage your pipeline and drive deals to successful closings. Qualifications • Background in sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus). • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Highly self-motivated, driven, and team-oriented. • Ethical and customer-service focused in all interactions. • Comfortable working virtually and managing your own schedule.
