React Native / Flutter Developer/ Android Lead Developer-100% Remote

Job Title: React Native / Flutter Developer Location: Remote Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled React Native / Flutter Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of mobile app architecture and modern development practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design and build advanced mobile applications using React Native or Flutter. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. • Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. • Stay up-to-date with new mobile technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong experience in React Native or Flutter development. • Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter). • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and mobile frameworks. • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Provider, Bloc, etc.). • Knowledge of mobile app architecture and best practices. • Experience with version control tools like Git. • Understanding of UI/UX design principles. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: • Experience with native development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) is a plus. • Experience with bolthires/CD pipelines for mobile apps. • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter Test, etc.). • Knowledge of app store deployment processes (bolthires Play, App Store).
