One Data Streaming Platform.About the Role:We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager to partner with our R&D organization and provide strategic financial guidance to Engineering Management. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the financial foundation for one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Software companies in Silicon Valley. We’re looking for someone who is a strong business partner with the ability to deliver top-tier results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role will report to the R&D Sr. Finance Manager.What You Will Do:Lead beyond budgeting and planning – be a thought leader and partner with Engineering leadership to drive strategic initiatives.Build and maintain detailed financial models that track and analyze functional costs and their impact on the company’s overall performance.Support business partners with crucial financial metrics and key business analysis.Prepare executive-grade management reporting, summarizing findings and recommendations.Partner with Corp Accounting to perform month-end close activities and help drive process improvements and efficiencies.Manage approvals for both hiring and purchase requisitions, striving to constantly deliver and improve our forecast accuracy.Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What You Will Bring:5+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth, public software company.At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on business partnering role with an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality and really understand the data at a detailed level.Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills with a high degree of forecast accuracy.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills required.Effective communication at a detailed level while having the ability to elevate for high-level consumption by executives.Ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision.What Gives You an Edge:Familiar with G-Suite would be helpful.Previous experience supporting an R&D Organization is a plus.Previous experience working in Finance at SaaS Company or related field.Prior experience with Anaplan and NetSuite.Ready to build what's next?
