About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rating Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis and credit ratings. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our rating and monitoring platform for digital assets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our methodologies remain at the forefront of industry standards and deliver actionable insights to our clients. The ideal candidate (m/f/d) would have a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit risk and credit ratings.

They would also bring an understanding of structured finance risk management practices, which would be considered an advantage. Familiarity with real-world assets (RWA)/tokenization, smart contracts, and blockchain technology is essential, along with a passion for digital assets and a drive to innovate in a rapidly evolving market.

Tasks
• Aggregating and analyzing data to gain meaningful insights and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data.
• Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis and clear presentation of results.
• Coordinate internal requirements and constraints with developers, marketing, sales and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Ensure that research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics and reporting processes. Keep ahead of industry best practices.
• Improve our holistic rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics by analyzing market conditions and trends in digital assets.

Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit risk and credit ratings; experience with structured finance risk management practices is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with practical knowledge of real-world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance.
• Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience in leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights; familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative project delivery.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including emerging standards for compliance and risk management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing plans based on market research, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new market developments, technological advancements, and evolving industry best practices.
